Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts - Recipe

First time making this recipe and hands down it absolutely scrummy!

The boys were begging for more and I just enjoyed the whole flavor of the chicken.

Easy to make, does not take long to cook and before you know it you have a wonderful meal.

Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

4 boned and skinned chicken breasts
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup Feta cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons butter -- melted

  • Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, flatten to 1/4 inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  • Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs. Spoon in 1 teaspoon Feta cheese onto each piece of chicken; fold chicken in half.
  • Place folded breast halves in an 8 inch baking dish coated wiht cooking spray. Drizzle melted butter over top and place in oven.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
