Potato Soup - Recipe
I've not had much of an appetite lately but one thing sounded really good to me to eat; potato soup.
I found this recipe a few years ago while I was doing Weight Watchers, it is very easy and really good! Even my dh enjoys this soup, and he is a bit picky with how soups taste.
There are only a few ingredients you need to make it with and you will be treated to a rich tasting soup that is pretty healthy to eat.
You can find the white gray mix in the spice aisle of your local grocery store. I know here (in SC) the gravy mix is found with the packaged mixes.
Go ahead and give it a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
mm... so yummy!
Potato Soup
1 pkg Low Fat White Gravy Mix (you can use regular but points different)
1 package (28 oz) Hash Browns (Frozen)
2 cans Fat Free Chicken Broth
Make white gravy mix according to the package.
In large pot place chicken broth, then add in white gravy mix and mix together.
Add in frozen hash browns and mix.
Cook on low until the hash browns are cooked.
Dish up and enjoy!
