Apple Muffins - Recipe

I decided to bake some apple muffins today.

My mom used to make bread with this recipe every fall, enough to enjoy until the spring (freezing the extra loaves, of course).

This recipe is super easy and has perfect results every single time.

Hint...They are great slightly toasted with a tiny pat of butter.

  • Will make two loaves of bread or 16 muffins.
  • I tend to add in only 1 1/4 cup of oil to the recipe, any more too greasy and too little they come out a bit dry.
