Mmmm....Hot Chocolate
There is nothing like it on a cold day to warm you up.
Now I like mine with whipped cream on top, Spencer he enjoys his loaded down with marshmallows.
Spencer is our hot chocolate king; he can drink it year round without a problem.
Hot chocolate is a must on ferry rides when visiting family on the west coast.
At home enjoying some after doing homework.
This recipe is simple to make and tastes really, really good.
Hot Chocolate
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk
2 cups instant NesQuick
1 large (6oz) box instant choclate pudding
3/4 cup non dairy creamer
Mix all inredients in a large bowl and store in an air tight container.
To make:
Add 3 tablespoons to a mug, fill wiht boiling hot water & top with marshmallow.
You can use more or less depending on taste and size of mug.
A double batch makes a great holiday gift. :)
