Peach Smoothie - Recipe

One item I have promised to do this year is to add a bit of variety into my breakfasts.
I am sort of limited to what I can have so... I am going to be giving smoothies a try for 3-4 days per week.
This is a great way for me to get some extra fruit into my diet and cut some extra calories along the way.
I can no longer handle a lot of milk so *gulp* I took the plunge and tried vanilla soy milk and you know it's not all that bad.

With no blender in the house I was on a mission to find a small single blender and after reading many reviews I decided on the Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender.

Before mixing

This is one strong blender and so happy I made the purchase.
I think I did three quick pulses and poof! instant smoothie. :D

This had a wonderful peach and vanilla flavor and it filled me up.
I am thrilled with the results and perhaps I can finally use up all the frozen fruit we have in our freezer.

peach is one of my favorite fruits for smoothies, it does something for the texture that other fruits do not. And the flavor, very mellow...

Gorgeous picture!

You would love sipping that gorgeous Peach Smoothie through a glass straw!
