Greek Pasta Salad...


DH and I love to eat pasta salads during the summer months, they are quick, filling and full of those wonderful summer veggies.

As with all pasta recipes it was very easy to whip together and it was delicious.

This is one killer of a recipe and so thrilled to have tried it out.

I used Dreamfield pasta (no, your family will never know the difference) and Biltmore Caeser Dressing. The Caesar dressing is absolutely fabulous. The dressing is made with all natural ingredients and is one that you will want to try. I am lucky enough to be able to purchase it locally (a bit of a savings) but seriously, it is that good.

This is an excellent salad tomake for your family or a summer party.

Greek Pasta Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta
1/2 cup cooked chicken -- *see Note
3 3/4 ounces black olives -- drained
1/4 cup green pepper -- chopped
1/4 cup sweet red pepper -- chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese -- crumbled
1/3 cup Creamy Caesar Salad dressing

  • Cook pasta according to directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
  • In a serving bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, olives, peppers and feta cheese.
  • Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill until serving.

  • Can use turkey in this recipe.
