Sour Cream Pork Chops - Recipe

Every now and then it is nice to have a pork chop but I get tired of breading them and baking them.
I dug up this recipe yesterday on allrecipes.com and tweaked it a little bit for our tastes.
I added in quite a bit of garlic but I think when I make it again I would add some uncooked to the soup mix. I would also add in some more onion powder to the gravy, cooked onions add a nice touch but I would like a bit more flavor.
Maybe the next time I will a touch of red pepper in the sauce?
These chops were so tender to the touch and had a nice flavor to them.
