Blackened Tilapia - Recipe

We are trying to get more fish into our eating plan here at the house.
I've had some Tilapia in the freezer and decided that I needed to find a good recipe to try out.
Headed over to Recipezzar.com, typed in what I was looking for (fish, spicy), sifted through various recipes until I discovered this recipe.
The recipe is super easy to follow and is excellent!
The whole family enjoyed the fish, it was flaky, flavorful and had just the right amount of spice without being too overboard.
Enjoy!
