Healthy Fired Up Buffalo Wings - Recipe

I dusted off this recipe this past weekend (Super Bowl=mega food night) and treated the family to some spicy goodness.
Dh loved the recipe, I made them quite frequently until the point we had the boys. Then I just stopped making them, dh asked if I could make them again.
No problem!
They are easy to make, quite tasty (you can add more or less of the spices depending on your taste) and actually not too bad for you. :)
Grab the blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
