Chicken Divan Crock-Pot Recipe

I am really beginning to love crock-pot cooking.

You can put everything in it, let it go all day and at dinner time you have a fully cooked wonderful meal. No standing over the stove all day, pondering what to make at the last minute, rushing to get it cooked in time before practices, or you name it. I stopped using ours over the summer but now that we are back in school, I have pulled it and using it again.

This is an easy tasty meal that the whole family will enjoy.

NOTES :

  • I used reduced fat mayo but you can use regular mayo if you would like. Nutritional information will change if you sub in real mayo.
  • Can cook it on a slower temperature for a longer period of time.
  • If needed, add more water to make sure rice is fully cooked. I have found that the amount of water stated is perfect.
  • I use long grain white rice not instant rice.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
